Creative Team Lead (Digital Marketing)

How will you make an impact

You will turn insights into bold, engaging ideas and craft copy that connects with people across channels. From campaign decks to influencer briefs, youll help shape creative direction, pitch your vision to clients, and inspire junior creatives along the way.

What you will do

• Lead and co-develop creative concept, gimmick, mood & tone, theme, sequence, and campaign ideas
• Design clear and engaging copy across all campaign materials
• Collaborate with planners, project managers, and KOL specialists
• Support team to Pitching and present ideas confidently to clients
• Keep up with trends, pop culture, and influencer content styles
• Support and mentor junior creatives when needed

What you will need

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Communications, Advertising, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in creative copywriting or campaign work
• A strong portfolio showing campaign and digital copywriting
• Confident in presenting and storytelling in both Thai and English
• Able to manage multiple projects under pressure
• Team player with a proactive, can-lead attitude
