Creative / Visual Storyteller (AI-Enhanced Production)

We are Visual Matters, a regional visual production agency now building an AI Visual Lab. Our goal is to simplify content creation by blending traditional production expertise with AI-driven workflows (Runway, Krea, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, CapCut, etc.). We work with global brands and are piloting a new hub for fast, scalable, creative production.

We’re looking for a hands-on creative who can explore and execute AI-powered visual storytelling. This is a trial role (part-time/flexible hours) to prototype workflows, build sample cases, and support client projects. You’ll be one of the first creatives shaping how brands adopt AI content.

• Translate client briefs into creative directions and storyboard ideas
• Use AI tools (Krea, Runway, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, etc.) to generate moodboards, storyboards, and video assets
• Curate and refine AI outputs (subjective quality judgment, re-prompting, iteration)
• Collaborate with project managers on scripts, shot plans, and timelines
• Support post-production (CapCut / AE) with assembly, pacing, and graphics
• Help document best practices, prompts, and style libraries for internal knowledge

• Background in visual communication, media, or design (agency/production/creative studio experience preferred)
• Strong creative eye – knows how to judge “what looks good” and why
• Comfortable experimenting with AI creative tools (even if you’ve never used all of them, curiosity is key)
• Basic editing/motion skills (CapCut, Premiere, AE)
• Clear communicator; can collaborate with a lean, cross-border team
• Open mindset: willing to learn, adapt, and co-build a new process

• Familiarity with AI visual workflows (Krea, Runway, Midjourney, Pika, etc.)
• Experience working with brands on social video / advertising
• Graphic design or motion graphics foundation

• Part-time, trial engagement with room to scale into a long-term role
• Exposure to cutting-edge AI creative workflows and real client briefs
• Regional work with brands in Hong Kong, Bangkok, and beyond
• Flexible working arrangement; output-focused, not hours-focused
• Pay structure: Monthly retainer or per-project basis (to be agreed during trial)
