Job Overview

The Creator Management Executive is responsible for acquiring, managing, and developing relationships with content creators as part of Ripples MCN (Multi-Channel Network).

This role focuses on identifying high-potential creators, supporting their growth, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The position plays a key role in driving creator performance, optimizing content strategies, and strengthening the overall creator ecosystem across platforms such as TikTok and other social media channels.

The ideal candidate is highly proactive, relationship-driven, and passionate about social media trends, with the ability to balance creative collaboration and performance-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire high-quality content creators across TikTok and other relevant platforms
  • Identify, onboard, and manage creators as part of the Ripples MCN network
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators to support long-term collaboration and retention
  • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and commercial terms with content creators in alignment with company objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Account, Content, Live Production, Marketing) to provide guidance and support to creators
  • Monitor creator performance and ensure alignment with campaign and business targets
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversion, content performance)
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize creator performance and content strategy
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and best practices
  • Act as the main point of contact between creators and internal teams, resolving issues and ensuring smooth communication
  • Support and participate in cross-functional or ad-hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in creator management, influencer marketing, talent acquisition, or related roles
  • Experience working with MCN, agency, or social commerce environments is preferred

Technical Skills


  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, especially TikTok
  • Familiarity with creator analytics tools and performance tracking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
