About the job:

The Credit Analyst plays a crucial role in assessing and managing credit risk for subscription customers within the Subscription Business Department. This position involves detailed financial analysis, risk assessment, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure sustainable subscription growth while minimizing financial risk.

Key Responsibilities:

Credit Evaluation and Risk Management:

  • Conduct thorough credit assessments of new and existing subscription customers using financial data, credit records, and other relevant metrics.
  • Develop and refine credit scoring models to evaluate risk levels accurately.
  • Implement and maintain credit risk management policies and procedures.

Subscription Contract Management:

  • Review and negotiate contract terms to align with credit risk assessments.
  • Handle subscription terminations, disputes, and adjustments based on customer credit status changes.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze credit-related data to generate comprehensive reports and insights.
  • Monitor key risk indicators and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with sales, finance, and other internal departments to ensure alignment on credit policies and customer management strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to address credit-related issues and maintain positive relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in credit analysis or a related field.
  • Experience in developing and refining credit assessment models.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication both English and Thai.
  • Understanding of subscription business models and financial markets (preferred).
