Credit assessment process operation and management
To analyze and recommend approval or rejection decisions on loan applications together with Credit team members
Monitor and manage the credit team's performance, and report performance insights to management based on company requirements
Develop and enhance the credit approval process to improve speed and efficiency
To ensure that control processes, procedures, and internal guidelines are updated in a timely manner
Manage and improve the credit team's efficiency in terms of knowledge and productivity to meet customers needs
Review and prepare reports for submission to relevant organizations (e.g., BOT, NCB, Internal and external audit)
Manage NCB contracts and NCB access authority, and prepare for NCB audits and follow-up action plans
Drive and support cross-functional collaboration to align with business direction
Qualification
At least 10 years of experience in Retail Credit Underwriting, Credit Analyst, Credit Approval, or related fields from Banking or Non-Bank financial institutions.
Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory or team management role
Good knowledge of Underwriting (Personal Loan, Cash Card, Credit Card, and other unsecured loan products) and related regulations
Excellent in people management and leadership skills
Competence in project management as well as process improvement
Good command in English with written and verbal communication
