Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver short-term and long-term product roadmaps aligned with company and management direction.
  • Define and execute product strategies that drive customer growth, enhance experience, and improve overall profitability.
  • Lead comprehensive market research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Monitor industry developments in consumer credit card products, payment innovations, rewards and loyalty schemes, and emerging technologies.
  • Continuously enhance the credit card value proposition to meet evolving customer needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Track product performance metrics and recommend improvements to maximize business impact.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or credit card business.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with digital payment trends and customer-centric product development.
