Conduct independent credit reviews on credit decisioning systems, credit policies, credit process for both new and existing clients, and automated lending processes ensuring alignment with the banks credit policies, risk appetite, and BOT regulations.
Develop and execute the annual credit review plan to ensure timely and comprehensive coverage of the loan portfolio.
Evaluate end-to-end credit origination and monitoring workflows within the digital ecosystem.
Prepare independent review reports with findings, risk assessments, and recommendations to support credit decision-making.
Monitor portfolio quality and highlight early warning signals, recommending corrective action plans where required.
Collaborate with first-line credit teams while maintaining independence in review and approval.
Support development of risk rating methodologies, credit models, and stress testing frameworks.
Provide insights on market trends, regulatory updates, and sectoral risks that may impact the banks credit portfolio.
Contribute to automation and process enhancements in the credit review framework to improve efficiency and control.
Promote a strong risk culture by sharing insights, lessons learned, and best practices across the organization.
Requirement:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Masters preferred).
8+ years experience in credit analysis, risk management, or a similar role within banking or financial services.
Strong understanding of BOT regulations, Basel principles, and IFRS 9 provisioning.
Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate findings clearly to senior management.
Proficiency with financial modeling, risk rating systems, and advanced Excel; knowledge of data analytics tools is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English.
