Job Description
Credit Risk Analytics & Portfolio Insights
- Perform portfolio-level credit risk analysis to monitor performance, risk concentrations, trends, and key drivers.
- Develop forward-looking insights through trend analysis, stress testing, and scenario analysis.
- Translate complex risk data into clear, structured insights to support senior management and Risk Committees.
Portfolio Risk Monitoring
- Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards, KRIs, and analytical reporting.
- Conduct portfolio segmentation and comparative analysis across products, sectors, and risk profiles.
- Identify early warning signals and emerging risk build-up, with practical risk mitigation recommendations.
Data Storytelling & Governance
- Prepare high-quality analytical materials and presentations for management, committees, auditors, and regulators.
- Ensure analytics methodologies, assumptions, and outputs are well documented, consistent, and well governed.
- Communicate analytical outcomes clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Capability & Collaboration
- Contribute to uplifting data and analytics capabilities within the Credit Risk function.
- Work closely with Business, Finance, Data, and Technology teams to improve data quality, availability, and usability.
- Promote analytical thinking and proactive problem solving in day-to-day risk management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., FRM, CFA) is a plus.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in credit risk management, risk analytics, or a similar role within the banking or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of credit risk principles, credit assessment methodologies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., IFRS 9, Basel frameworks).
Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical software (e.g., SAS, R, Python, SQL) and advanced Excel skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement credit risk strategies and policies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex risk concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Thai is an advantage.
