Job Scope
- Responsible for underwriting retail credit applications by performing risk assessments on potential loan based on credit scoring, borrowing history, and other specific risk factors.
- Evaluate loan documents are to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Job Description
- Analyse qualifications of the customer and guarantor by considering the documents, such as application documents, financial documents and other relevant documents
- Verify the accuracy of the information by inquiries from the customer and guarantor Including those related references
- Consider the lease terms and conditions in the request that appropriate or not and adjust the right conditions for approval
- Operate follow to policy & procedure, regulation, operation guideline of company
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in business administration, economic, finance and banking or a related field
- 1-2 years of underwriting or credit and risk analysis experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook
- Understanding of basic financial principles and processes
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
