We are seeking a customer-centric, data-driven, and highly proactive CRM & Marketing Automation Executive to join one of Thailand's largest purely B2B online distributors. In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize customer marketing programs across email and loyalty initiativesdriving engagement, retention, and incremental revenue.
You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams in Thailand and overseas, working in a dynamic environment that values insights, experimentation, and hands-on execution. This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, analytical, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences through data and automation.
Main Accountabilities
- Manage and optimize CRM-driven marketing programs across email, loyalty initiatives, and targeted customer outreach to drive retention, engagement, incremental orders, and revenue.Use existing customer data to identify new leads and potential customers, while expanding the customer base through upselling, cross-selling, and reactivation strategies for both marketing and sales teams.
- Design and implement campaigns in our marketing automation solution tool, Eloqua, with a customer-first approach to all email experiences.
- Leverage customer and commercial data to build targeted segments, personalize messaging, and deliver contextual experiences that drive higher conversion rates.
- Report on sales revenue generated from CRM initiatives, analyze campaign performance, and identify actionable improvements.
- Maintain and optimize a testing agenda for A/B and multivariate testing frameworks.
- Partner with relevant stakeholders (Sales, Lead Management etc.) to support customer engagement through CRM initiatives and effective followup processes.
- Participate in prompt and accurate communication across multiple departments: sales, marketing, customer service, merchandising, and supply chain as well as with overseas offices of Lyreco.
- Stay up to date on CRM and marketing best practices, technologies, and trends across email, mobile, social, and sales enablement platforms.
Qualifications and Skills
- A passion and track record for customer-centric marketing with an outstanding attention to detail, result Interpretation and identifying insights through data.
- Experience in email marketing, CRM, direct marketing, or B2B e-commerce marketing preferred.
- Bachelors degree preferred in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing campaigns through a marketing automation tool (Eloqua preferred).
- Strong understanding of customer data, CRM platforms, and segmentation strategies.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English & Thai with the ability to clearly articulate information that influences data-driven business decisions.
- Operates independently and efficiently to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and successfully, without sacrificing attention to detail.
- Familiarity with campaign analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI.
