Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive short- to long-term CRM strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and execute personalized CRM campaigns using customer data (Segmentation, RFM, Lifecycle) to drive retention, reactivation, and upsell.
  • Manage Loyalty Programs and enhance customer experience across online and offline touchpoints.
  • Oversee CRM platforms, CDP, and marketing automation tools (LINE OA, Email, SMS).
  • Manage CRM budgets, monitor campaign performance, and track ROI.
  • Lead the CRM team and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, IT, and Operations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • 35 years of experience in CRM / Loyalty / Personalized Campaigns (Retail, FMCG, or Omni-channel preferred).
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with hands-on CRM tools experience.
  • Proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
