Join our MANE Thailand Team as a Cross-Category Marketing & Sales Team Assistant, where you'll support the development and execution of fragrance marketing initiatives and assist daily sales operations for Global Client. You'll collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams, leveraging your understanding of consumer trends and product concepts across hair care, body wash, and fabric care.

In this exciting role, you will

• Monitor and analyze market and fragrance trends in SEA & Japan to identify new opportunities.
• Develop compelling fragrance marketing concepts, mood boards, and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Support client meetings with high-quality presentations and sales materials.
• Assist with customer requests, sample coordination, and administrative sales tasks.
• Ensure seamless project delivery by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years experience in fragrance, personal/home care, FMCG, or beauty industries.
• Strong interest in consumer trends and product innovation.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills; Japanese is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
• Creative, analytical, organized, and a collaborative team player
