Role Overview

We are building the Gen-Z tech brand in Thailand.

The Cross-over & Partnerships Manager will lead end-to-end sponsorship and partnership initiatives connecting Infinix with gaming, music, sports, entertainment, and youth communities.

This role sits at the intersection of brand culture community.

You will own strategy, negotiation, execution, and amplification of partnerships that drive real brand impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Global Sponsorship Liaison

1.1 Act as the key Thailand contact for global sponsorship initiatives

1.2 Align local execution with global direction and brand objectives

1.3 Adapt global partnership assets into locally relevant activations

1.4 Provide feedback and performance reporting back to global teams

2. Local IP & Community Partnership Development

2.1 Identify, evaluate and negotiate local IP partnerships (gaming tournaments, music festivals, sports events, campus initiatives, entertainment platforms, etc.)

2.2 Build strong relationships with IP owners, agencies, and community leaders

2.3 Lead commercial negotiation to ensure maximum brand value and ROI

3. End-to-End Sponsorship & Activation Execution

3.1 Develop full activation plans: concept proposal budgeting execution reporting

3.2 Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams, agencies, and partners

3.3 Manage timelines, deliverables, and on-ground execution

3.4 Track KPIs and measure brand impact

4. Content & Amplification Integration

4.1 Collaborate with the Social team to turn sponsorships into engaging content

4.2 Develop creative ideas that translate offline activations into digital buzz

4.3 Ensure partnerships generate sustained conversation, not one-off exposure

Requirements

  1. 5+ years in sponsorship, partnership, brand activation or related fields
  2. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  3. Experience handling IP owners / event organizers / entertainment partners
  4. Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
  5. Deep understanding of Thai Gen-Z culture and youth passion points
  6. Fluent in Thai and English, a plus if fluent in Chinese
