Main Job Purpose
Responsible to ensure the culinary quality and create innovative application of the Unilever Food Solutions product portfolio to support UFS business plan
Key Duties
- Translate insights into product ideas and application in order to recommend business solutions to external customers through UFS brands
- Lead on Chef Manship training to ensure understanding UFS products for Sales & Marketing. Manage resources of Chefmanship Center
- Manage culinary resources and to ensure that investments made have positive business impacts especially in his/her assigned areas.
- Support and be a presenter in roadshow/events/activities both internal and to customers that require chef to present applications
Job Requirement
- College graduate - Culinary school
- Must have at least held a chef position in a hotel or restaurant capacity - at least 3-4 years
- Background in teaching or have experienced in training, consultancy for restaurants or chains is a plus
- Must be able to speak and express himself in an excellent and professional manner - good working knowledge on presentation skills
- Fully operational in culinary knowledge and technique
