Job Description
Culture Change & Communication
- Develop and implement strategies for desired organizational culture in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Create and manage effective communication channels to inform and engage employees at all levels.
Employee Engagement & Activities
- Plan, design, and execute engagement and satisfaction surveys.
- Analyze survey results and develop action plans to improve employee engagement.
- Design and manage creative activities including internal events, CSR initiatives, and community engagement programs.
- Promote employee participation and continuously assess engagement initiatives for improvement.
Employee Wellbeing
- Develop and implement a comprehensive wellbeing strategy covering physical, mental, social, and financial health.
- Design, manage, and evaluate programs such as mental health counseling, fitness initiatives, financial wellness workshops, and team-building activities.
- Promote awareness and participation in wellbeing programs and monitor outcomes.
- Oversee annual employee health check-ups.
Management & Administration
- Report on department performance, challenges, and improvement suggestions to management.
- Manage departmental budgets and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and organizational standards.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, or related.
- 8-10 years of experience in activities management, corporate communication, or HR (employee engagement).
- Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on implementation capability.
