Job Description

Job Summary:

  • To help AIA achieve its business objectives by working with our business leaders and relevant stakeholders in designing employee communications to promote all employee engagement activities, developing, implementing and evaluating employee engagement events, employee rewards & recognition initiatives and employee value proposition in building an engaging work environment and shaping our evolving culture.
  • To drive initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement, and belonging through meaningful programs and effective communications, to foster a purpose-driven and inclusive culture, inspiring employees to live with AIA Culture and Mission.
  • To promote AIA's employer brand by establishing a credible positioning for AIA in the minds of not only current employees, but also external key stakeholders

Responsibilities:

Gallup Survey & Impact Plans

  1. Work with Head of C&S on Employee Engagement Survey end-to-end process. From Organization mapping to Impact plan development, analyze employee's answers to internal survey, develop guideline and toolkit for facilitating line managers to analyze / communicate Gallup survey results and define quality impact plans
  2. Provide training, professional advice and support to Engagement Champions to conduct deep dive or focus group for defining specific engagement issues. and driving engagement impact plan.
  3. Promote and reinforce company culture in alignment with AIA Thailand's Employee Value Proposition

Employee Communications

  1. Develop and execute communications programme to engage employees and
  • ensure simple & clear messages for announcement:
  • Employee Value Proposition
  • Employee Engagement Activities
  • Townhall and All Managers Meeting
  • Celebration and Recreation Activity
  • Employee News & other Group's important initiatives

5. Identify optimal communication medium platforms to channel different

messages to respective audience effectively

Culture & Engagement Tasks

6. Strategic Ownership of key initiatives

  • Take lead as program manager / focal point to plan and execute the Culture & Engagement activities like festive events and additional assigned projects - aligning initiatives with organization priorities and business strategy.
  • Generate creative ideas to keep inspiring and motivating employees.
  • Work with Head of Culture & Engagement to act as project team lead for large or more complex culture & engagement programs such as AIA Culture campaigns, driving Engagement Impact Plans, new creative employee branding initatives.
  • Drive measurement and reporting to demonstrate impact of culture & engagement initiatives, create the feedback loop & trend.

7. Support Head of Culture & Engagement for the planning & Implementation of

Townhall, and other communication events.

8. Work with Head of Culture & Engagement to improve and ensure the

sustainability of Appreciation Programme and Employee Recognition Awards

DEIB Employee Network Development

9. Serve as LBU DEIB Program Lead, partnering with Group People Sustainability

Team to localize DEIB strategies.

10. Act as DEIB advocate to inspire, initiate and/or facilitate local DEIB initiatives

execution & accelerate strong engagement among Diversity network members.

11. Design and deliver inclusive workplace learnig and activation programs that

embed DEIB into daily culture.

Employer Branding & Communication Excellence

12. Co-lead Employer Branding initatives in partnership with Corp. Comm., including

storytelling campaigns, award submissions, and internal brand advocacy.

13. Develop creative campaign frameworks and editorial calendars to amplify AIA

Culture & Engagement messages across platforms both internally and externally

via social media.

Qualifications:

Education University graduate with 5+ years relevant working experience in leading employee engagement initiatives.

Key skills requirements:

  • Excellent planning, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Good presentation, communication, influencing skills and able to engage work with & forge strong working relationships with senior leadership and managers
  • Capacity to work with minimum supervision to meet strict deadlines and demands of the job.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to think on the feet and establish networking with other functions.
  • Proficient in the use of MS office software especially Excel and PowerPoint
