Job Description
To perform the process of document scanning to system for the facility and security documents and physical collateral of customers, and the process of document keeping in strong room.
To perform the transaction lodging document in CDMS
To perform the process of document withdrawal as per CAS approved.
To perform physical collateral checking process to ensure that no document is missing for instance generate CDMS report and physical checking.
To generate document monitoring report to follow up the document is pending return to strong room.
To work actively to meet SLA turnaround time for daily processes
Ensure compliance with Bank's policies and procedures and operational control
Implement and maintain established policies and service standards for the section
Perform all activities in DCC
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Economic or Business Administration
Knowledge of general banking business
Experienced in Credit related operations and procedure and Risk Control measure
Able to work under pressure
Good in Computer literacy
Good command of spoken and written in English
Good interpersonal & communication skills
Highly honesty, Integrity, and Competence
