You will engage in problem-solving and innovation to ensure that the software solutions meet the evolving demands of the organization and its clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Continuously assess and improve development processes to increase efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Compensation.
- Strong understanding of compensation management processes and best practices.
- Experience with software development methodologies, particularly agile.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform decision-making.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for Workday.
