- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adenza ControllerView.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration of custom components within larger system environments.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
