Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration and project outcomes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience with designing and implementing integration flows and APIs within cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of application configuration and deployment processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with cloud-based middleware and enterprise integration patterns.
- Competence in collaborating with diverse technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Additional Information:
