- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of custom software components.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any technical challenges or risks.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns related to custom software development.
- Experience in managing and leading software engineering teams through complex project deliveries.
- Ability to ensure code quality, scalability, and performance in alignment with business objectives.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to support multi-team collaboration and solution delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on providing effective technical solutions.
