Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and develop and oversee comprehensive channel marketing strategies aligned with corporate goals and target markets.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel promotional campaigns, including digital marketing, events, partnerships, and content marketing as per assigned
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, supporting co-marketing efforts and joint promotional initiatives.
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to marketing teams and associated stakeholders.
  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to continually refine campaign strategies.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI, adjusting tactics as needed for success.
  • Drive innovation in campaign approaches and marketing technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to develop tailored marketing content and tools for channel partners.
  • Organize and coordinate high-impact promotional events, webinars, and industry trade shows.
  • Lead negotiations and contract management for partner collaborations and co-marketing activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 58 years experience in marketing, especially channel or campaign management.
  • Proven ability to execute multi-channel campaigns and drive ROI.
  • Strong analytical and budget management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to guide teams.
  • Familiar with CRM, marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
