Job Description


Biomedia (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

Responsibilities:

All support on upselling product:

  • To work with the product and marketing team about new promotions or incentives that encourage customers to consider upselling opportunities.
  • To collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling during customer interactions.
  • To engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and potential areas for additional product adoption.

Order Processing:

  • To assist in the processing of sales orders and ensure accuracy of order details.
  • To coordinate with relevant departments to fulfil customer orders in a timely manner.
  • To address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders.
  • To support follow up blanket order, tender orders, commitment orders to have a better planning and delivery for customer and complete over 95%.

Customer Communication:

  • To serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing information about product and service.
  • To communicate order status, delivery schedules, and any relevant updates to customers.
  • To assist in managing customer relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience in service.

Administrative Task:

  • To maintain accurate and organized sales records, including customer contracts, agreements, and order documentation.
  • To prepare and update sales reports for management review.
  • To assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotes, bidding and presentations.

Sales Support Systems:

  • To utilize and maintain sales support tools, CRM systems, and other relevant software.

  1. Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Good written and verbal English is preferred.
  • Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and CRM Salesforce software is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize work effectively.
  • Accuracy is critical in tasks such as order processing and data entry, making attention to detail a key qualification.
  • The capacity to identify issues and propose solutions, especially when dealing with customer inquiries or order discrepancies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments within the organization.
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach to work, which can contribute to a motivating work environment.
