Responsibilities:
All support on upselling product:
- To work with the product and marketing team about new promotions or incentives that encourage customers to consider upselling opportunities.
- To collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling during customer interactions.
- To engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and potential areas for additional product adoption.
Order Processing:
- To assist in the processing of sales orders and ensure accuracy of order details.
- To coordinate with relevant departments to fulfil customer orders in a timely manner.
- To address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders.
- To support follow up blanket order, tender orders, commitment orders to have a better planning and delivery for customer and complete over 95%.
Customer Communication:
- To serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing information about product and service.
- To communicate order status, delivery schedules, and any relevant updates to customers.
- To assist in managing customer relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience in service.
Administrative Task:
- To maintain accurate and organized sales records, including customer contracts, agreements, and order documentation.
- To prepare and update sales reports for management review.
- To assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotes, bidding and presentations.
Sales Support Systems:
- To utilize and maintain sales support tools, CRM systems, and other relevant software.
- Qualifications and Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Good written and verbal English is preferred.
- Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and CRM Salesforce software is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize work effectively.
- Accuracy is critical in tasks such as order processing and data entry, making attention to detail a key qualification.
- The capacity to identify issues and propose solutions, especially when dealing with customer inquiries or order discrepancies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments within the organization.
- A positive and enthusiastic approach to work, which can contribute to a motivating work environment.
