Job Description

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone and electronically to obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Receives purchase orders, processes and verifies the accuracy of orders from customers, and create sales order in SAP
  • Initiates required action for response to customer service requests for order changes, including the maintenance of order/customer information files and communicates changes to the appropriate departments.
  • Provides customer service support and administration by obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner.
  • Communicate and coordinate internal departments from order taken till delivery, to meet customer's requirement.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Prepare daily , weekly, and monthly sales administration reports
  • Supervisory the administration team to perform their core responsibilities effectively and efficiently.
  • Prepare copper hedging request to procurement
  • Prepare report for (SOP) Sales & Operations meeting
