Job Purpose:
Provide data processing, selection, and analysis by working with business user, MIS and Operation Systems to facilitate sale & marketing purposes. Those include customer and channel related analysis, campaign management system (Braze and AIO), manage New QuickStart!, Enterprise Data Warehouse and AIA Data Platform framework involving data flow design, data mapping and project value measurement/monitoring.
This is by working with Group IT, local MIS and Operation Systems to structure the database management and support aligned with business requirements.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide customer database to support customer experience management, customer retention management, channel management, customer relationship management and users in Digital X, Solutions X, Health X and even teams outside of Marketing related
- Use Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), New QuickStart!, AIA Data Platform and tools (e.g. MS SQL Server Management Studio, Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks and Azure Data Studio) to identify opportunity leads for cross selling / up selling / analyzing and customer segmentation
- Coordinate between above business users, local MIS and TSS team to enhance the development of EDW and New QuickStart!, verifying business rules and performing UAT as required
- Design and build MKT database pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into storage systems efficiency to support New Data Platform. Use distributed computing techniques such as PySpark and Phyton
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- University graduate in Computer Science or Business or IT
- 10-12 years business analysis experience (preferably in insurance or financial services), with a clear understanding of RDBMS
- Excellent business analysis skills, especially with financial / Insurance products
- Experience in query language (SQL) for database SQL Server, Azure Databricks/Synapse, Python, PySpark, SQL, etc.
- Knowledge of Programming Language skills
- Outgoing, creative, and be able to work in a high-pressure environment and under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
