JOB PURPOSE:

Lead the commercial growth and execution of Magnum Professional in the HoReCa channel. You will own the end-to-end customer development agendastrategy, sales execution, team leadership, and customer partnershipensuring Magnum Professional becomes the preferred ice cream partner for HoReCa operators across Thailand. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role for a leader who thrives in dynamic environments, inspires large teams, and delivers results through others.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Channel & Customer Strategy

  • Develop and execute the HoReCa channel strategy for Magnum Professional, including segmentation, targeting, and value proposition for priority customer groups.
  • Build joint business plans with key HoReCa customers and partners, aligning on growth targets, activation plans, and innovation launches.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure channel-fit propositions and operational excellence.

Sales Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales force of 100+ (including CD, ASM, Hunters, and support roles) to deliver against ambitious sales, distribution, and execution targets.
  • Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance management routines for all team layers; coach and mentor direct reports and build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, speed, and continuous improvementmodeling startup behaviors and empowering teams to act with agility.

Commercial Execution & Customer Excellence

  • Drive flawless execution of in-market activities: distribution expansion, menu/listing gains, visibility, and activation in HoReCa outlets.
  • Ensure OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery of innovation and theme launches in the channel.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as the ambassador of Magnum Professional and the voice of the customer internally.

Business Management & P&L Accountability

  • Own the HoReCa channel P&L: deliver sales, market share, and profitability targets.
  • Accurately forecast sales, manage budgets, and optimize trade investments for maximum ROI.
  • Analyze performance data, identify opportunities/gaps, and lead course-correction actions.

Stakeholder Management & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, CSP) and external partners (distributors, agencies) to deliver business objectives.
  • Represent Magnum Professional in key customer meetings, industry forums, and internal leadership sessions.

What we're looking for:

  • 5-7+ years in customer development, sales, or key account managementpreferably in FMCG, foodservice, or OOH channels.
  • Proven experience leading large, multi-layered sales teams (50+ people), with a track record of building talent and delivering results through others.
  • Strong commercial acumen: P&L management, trade investment optimization, and business planning.
  • Deep understanding of HoReCa channel dynamics, customer needs, and route-to-market models.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; acts as a builder and change agent.

RELEVEANT EXPERIENCE

  • Leadership of large sales teams (CD, ASM, Hunters, etc.) in FMCG or food service.
  • Key account management and joint business planning with GT/ HoReCa customers.
  • Successful track record of driving distribution, menu/listing gains, and in-market execution.
  • P&L ownership and commercial decision-making.
