PMO changes regarding the channel enhancement e.g. volume allocation; CSAT implications and cost analyses
PMO new channel capabilities implementation e.g. chatbot and ensure smooth change mgmt.
Provides constructive and actionable data-driven or simplifies complex into more understandable insights report to various internal support groups as needed.
Utilizes data / monitoring tools to compile and track quality performance in all aspects
Requirements
Bachelor&aposs degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
Experience in Project management and /or process improvement is a huge plus
Excellent communication skills as this role will require collaboration and alignment with multiple teams
Self-driven and good leadership skills to facilitate cross functional interactions
Strong analytical skills to conduct data-driven decisions
