POSITION SUMMARY:

Lead strategic decision-making by transforming customer experience data into actionable business insights. Design and integrate datasets from diverse sources for advanced analytics and data mining. Drive improvements in digital sales, customer experience, and channel performance by leveraging data from mobile apps, websites, and social media. Passionate about uncovering the why behind the data and presenting insights in a clear, compelling, and actionable manner to senior leadership.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Act as a bridge between the customer channels (K Biz, K Web, LINE KBankLive, KPlus and other digital services) and business teams.

Develops a good understanding of the business's model, objectives, issues, problem statement and challenges by interacting and collaborating with stakeholders.

Translate business problems into analytical questions that data engineer can query for answer.

Analyze complex digital customer journeys across multiple platforms and touchpoints.

Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and modelers to integrate data from various sources, from media engagement to final conversion

Leverage analytics to optimize digital sales, streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.

Create compelling data visualizations and narratives through data storytelling.

Maintain and enhance data dashboards in collaboration with engineers, channel managers, and product teams.

Present complex findings as clear, strategic insights for executives and key stakeholders, with compelling data visualizations and narratives through data storytelling.

Maintain and enhance data dashboards in collaboration with engineers, channel managers, business product teams, and marketing to measure digital initiatives and campaign success.

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Data Science/Data Analyst, Statistics, Business Analytic, or any related field.

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in data analysis, customer intelligence, digital marketing or any related domains.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business strategies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to simplify complex ideas for both technical teams and senior executives.

Solid business acumen with a strong understanding of the banking industry, financial products, and digital ecosystems.

Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and share knowledge.

Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.

Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics.

Proficiency in using data and visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, Qliksense ,Tableau, Power BI.
