Senior Manager Customer Implementation (Data Centers)
Position Overview
Working closely with our customers to understand there bespoke requirements on the fit out of our Data-Centers. This is a technology focused position with the support of the wider business to deliver on the demand.
Senior Manager Customer Implementation is responsible for leading and coordinating end-to-end implementation activities for new and existing customers within the data center environment. This role ensures seamless onboarding, timely delivery of services, and high-quality execution of all technical and operational requirements. The manager acts as the primary interface between customers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered to scope, budget, and schedule.
Customer Onboarding & Project Management
Lead the full lifecycle of customer implementation projects, from requirements gathering to service handover.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for customer deployments.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, facilities, security, NOC, and commercial teams.
