Job Description

Overview

  • To be partner with TT Head and RSM to develop strategic Channel Plans and lead the implementation of strategy for channel sustainable growth
  • To ensure successful execution and implementation of GTM, integrated programs (existing & new products of assigned products), in alignment with sales & marketing functions.
  • To develop and control trade promotion budget via A&M TMK, and CCR TMK.
  • To explore new business opportunity and grow assigned products portfolio & category- representing customer marketing team, to lead & manage FE team on continuous development to win on ground. To leading on being assigned projects, e.g. Idea-generation Workshop by Channel
  • To Join-develop junior people capability in Customer Marketing team, i.e. In-store Management Administrator, and Sales Operation Supervisor.

  • Annual Volume Objective
  • GtM Plan across all categories, by Channel
  • Brand-Champion (as per assigned brands)
  • Integrated trade marketing calendar
  • Cost (TM & TM process)
  • Continuous improve shopper-penetration, by Channel
  • Lead Category-Management project
  • Define & develop Channel Strategy - by FORMAT, by Channel

People Results:

  • Work closely with TT Head, RSM and cross-functional team, to deliver Channel Growth profitably, and grow market-share on assigned channel, continuously.

Qualifications

Qualifications :

  • Master Degree in related field

Expereince :

Critical :

  • 6yrs+ experience in Customer (Trade Marketing) /Consumer Marketing
  • Leadership skills, Strong project mgt skills, able to lead and drive actions
  • Strong analytical skills, turning insight into actions.
  • Innovative thinking: able to lead team in new ways of thinking and
  • Execution. Good relationship building and teamwork
  • Good planning and managing performance of self
  • Initiative and flexible
  • Work well under pressure
  • Good command in both Thai & English
  • Computer literature in Microsoft Office

Desirable :

  • Experienced in Channel development and driving category-captaincy would be benefit
  • Experienced with direct retailers contacts or shopper research/category management process
  • Strong in dealing with data-intelligence agency
