Job Description

  • Ensure that all customers fluctuation are catch up and analysis - Daily, Weekly and Monthly
  • Book the containers matching with customer requirement
  • Ensure that supply meets customer demand for the aftermarket products
  • Cooperate with production planner to ensure that Finish Goods (FG) inventory level are under the target
  • Ensure that the supply meets customer requirements without the need for special air freight
  • Ensure that all products life cycle have been monitored.Ensure that the demand order have been released to production planner correctly
  • Ensure that 100% fulfill the delivery performanceEnsure that the long-term forecast is a realistic planning
  • Involve in system CIP (Continue Improvement Project) to be success at least 1 project / year
  • Involve in improvement project/RPP (cost saving) at least 1 project/year
  • Other assignment as assign by LOG manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Good in planning skill at least 2 years experience in Logistics field
  • Fluent & Good Communication in English
  • SAP, Material Flow, Microsoft office and power point skill, Preferred Skills (an advantage): Experience with VBA (Excel Macro Automation), or Power BI or other BI tools.
  • Global Supply Chain Management and Controlling (included international experience / culture)
  • Production planning, leveling and collaboration (Production system)
  • SAP and system-based working / simplification
  • Forwarding/Logistics Service Provider (LSP) basics (lead times, carriages, customs, export)
