Customer Quality Engineer (CQE)

Its Thailand subsidiary, established in Rayong as part of the company's regional expansion strategy, serves as a core hub for R&D, production, and technical support for nextgeneration EV charging connectors, wiring harnesses, and interconnection systems across Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities
New Supplier Development & Approval:
Responsible for conducting onsite audits and evaluations of new suppliers, including qualification and approval processes, to ensure the supplier is capable of producing products that meet massproduction quality standards.
New Product Introduction Support:
Participate in the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) process and lead the review of supplierside PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation, including the approval of sample parts.
Production Process Monitoring:
Conduct regular process audits (VDA 6.3) and product audits with key or highrisk suppliers to monitor the stability and consistency of their production processes.
Quality Issue Resolution:
Lead the resolution of supplierrelated quality issues using quality tools such as 8D and 5Why, driving suppliers to analyze root causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Supplier Performance Management & Improvement:
Establish and maintain supplier quality performance indicators (e.g., PPM, incoming inspection pass rate, complaint response timeliness), review performance periodically, and drive continuous improvement.
Change Management:
Monitor any changes from suppliers (such as production processes, materials, or manufacturing sites) and ensure that proper notification, approval, and validation procedures are strictly followed.
