Sets standard on quality control process in the production line such as timing for check up and number of sampling for each product. Establishes the final product quality standard and determines the method for QC inspector to inspect the product.
Reviews quality standard of each product by analyzing the statistic information and identify the problem areas. Gives advice to production department or QC inspector to correct production process and method of inspection to reduce product quality problems.
Improves production process and quality control process to support company target with satisfy customer requirement.
Representative of company for coordinates with customer in case of product quality problems. Tests and analyzes cause of the problem and give advice to customers.

Qualification :
Bachelor Degree: Engineering (e.g. IE, Production, Electronics, Chemical or related)
At least 3-5 years of direct experience in CQE/ SQE, Quality Assurance, Quality Control or Quality Engineering in Hard Disk Drive (HDD) Manufacturing
High responsible, good human relations and communication skills
Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, QC Tools, ISO and Quality Management, Automotive, PPAP, VDA
Good command in English (TOEIC 450 up will be preferable) result within 1 year
