Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to lead our Customer Registration team. As the Customer Registration Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end onboarding process and customer data management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. This role requires strong leadership, process optimization skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Customer Registration team, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to regulatory standards as well as the company policy.
  • Oversee the entire customer onboarding process, including account opening, documentation verification, and KYC conduct.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain customer data integrity across all systems, including ATS and CRM platforms.
  • Handle escalations and resolve complex registration-related issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support new product launches and system enhancements.
  • Ensure timely reporting and compliance with internal audit and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or customer onboarding, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of KYC, regulatory compliance, and financial industry standards; experience in the securities industry is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive process improvements.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools; familiarity with market knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in Thai (English is a plus but not mandatory).
