Position: Customer Relation Specialist, AFR-EXP
Location: Head Office, Rama 9, Bangkok
Key Responsibilities: -
- Accepts and processes orders for handover to Operations.
- Proactively informs customer on shipment status and exceptions.
- Provides spot quotations and performs up-and cross-selling on inbound customer calls.
- Passes on leads to Sales.
- Handles customer inquiries.
- Takes and handles any customer complaints; solves customer complaints or assigns tasks to other functions.
Qualification: -
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
- At least 2 years experience in Freight Forwarding Business with Airfreight Export Background.
- Good knowledge of customer services processes and systems.
- Ability to identify and meet customer needs in a pleasant and friendly manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Able to work on shift
