Job Description

We are urgently seeking for our vacancy job as below detail.

Position: Customer Relation Specialist, AFR-EXP

Location:Head Office, Rama 9, Bangkok

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Accepts and processes orders for handover to Operations.
  • Proactively informs customer on shipment status and exceptions.
  • Provides spot quotations and performs up-and cross-selling on inbound customer calls.
  • Passes on leads to Sales.
  • Handles customer inquiries.
  • Takes and handles any customer complaints solves customer complaints or assigns tasks to other functions.

Qualification: -

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
  • At least 2 years experience in Freight Forwarding Business with Airfreight Export Background.
  • Good knowledge of customer services processes and systems.
  • Ability to identify and meet customer needs in a pleasant and friendly manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Able to work on shift
