Responsibilities
- Develop and manage CRM strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty across all customer touchpoints.
- Analyze customer behavior and segment customers to find actionable insights that help to increase customer retention.
- Design and optimize customer journeys with a data-driven approach, including A/B testing and personalization strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Data Science, Product, and Tech teams to enhance CRM and campaign performance using analytical insights.
- Produce in-depth performance reports and post-campaign analysis to recommend strategic improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 25 years of experience in CRM, Marketing Analytics, or Customer Insight roles.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools: Excel (advanced), Google sheet
- Solid understanding of customer lifecycle metrics and performance measurement frameworks.
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms is highly preferred.
