Position:Expert Retention Lifecycle & CRM Management
Department: Marketing (TrueVisions / TrueVisions Now)
Location: True Tower 1, Ratchadapisek Road
What You'll Do (Role Summary)
- Drive customer retention strategies across Pay TV and OTT platforms to reduce churn and maximize subscriber lifetime value.
- Lead lifecycle and CRM programs across onboarding, engagement, renewal, and winback using app push notifications, email, SMS, inapp messaging, and call center support.
- Work closely with Data, BI, and AI teams to develop churn prediction models, define retention KPIs, track cohort performance, and convert insights into actionable campaigns.
- Design and optimize retention offers such as content bundling, sports and premium content upsell, loyalty rewards, and renewal incentives through continuous A/B testing.
- Collaborate with product, content, partnership, and customer service teams while managing campaign budgets and retention ROI.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields with 812 years of experience in subscriptionbased, telco, Pay TV, OTT, or digital platform businesses.
- Strong experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing with handson use of platforms such as Salesforce, Braze, MoEngage, or Adobe.
- Proven analytical skills with a strong understanding of subscription economics, churn drivers, and customer lifetime value.
- Commercial mindset with strong execution, project management, and campaign optimization capabilities.
- Preferred experience in OTT or streaming platforms, telco or Pay TV retention models, sports or premium content businesses, and AIdriven marketing or predictive analytics.
