Please note that this is a 12-month contract role and renewal of the contract will be subjected to performance.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Process telephone orders and capture payment details
- Answer's pre-order enquiries
- Resolves post order enquiries and complaints.
- Provides technical assistance to customers placing orders on the website.
- Communicates information about the company's products and services.
- Accurately records reasons for customer contacts.
- Deal with written communication and general administrative duties
- Actively encourages feedback from customers and provides recommendations for improvement to superior.
- Assist in order fulfilment.
Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed:
- A Diploma or Degree holder
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in a customer service call center environment
- Good email writing and phone etiquettes
- Social Media Savvy – Facebook/Instagram/twitter etc
- Good in solving customers complaints.
- Proficiency in English language (spoken and written)
