Customer Service Advisor (Multiple Projects)

- Work Location: On-site (Bangkok, Thailand Bhiraj Tower at BITEC, 15th Floor)
- Work Environment: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
- Mobile Policy: Mobile phones are not allowed on the work premises during working hours
Projects Handled:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you may be assigned to any of the following ongoing projects based on business needs and your skillset:
- Travel Handling bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and customer queries related to travel arrangements.
- Accommodation Supporting users with hotel bookings, reservation modifications, refunds, and general stay-related assistance.
- Electronic Order Support Addressing issues related to online electronic purchases, order tracking, delivery concerns, and returns.
- Electronic Sales Providing product information, assisting with online purchases, and resolving post-sales concerns related to electronic items.
Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers across the above domains. Your primary goal is to provide professional, empathetic, and accurate support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer concerns with clarity, patience, and ownership.
- Tailor responses based on the specific project (Travel, Accommodation, Electronic Order Support, or Electronic Sales).
- Coordinate with internal departments and third-party partners to resolve complex issues.
- Document all interactions accurately in the system.
- Support peers and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Participate in any assigned ad hoc projects or training initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proficient in both Thai and English (B1 level or above).
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (24/7 environment), including weekends and public holidays.
