What You'll Need:
Degree in any field + 2 Years of working experience in any field
English proficiency (CEFR B1+) Check Level
6+ months experience in customer support preferred (not required)
Fresh grads in English/Communications-related fields encouraged
Typing: 40wpm, 90% accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office & general computer use
