We're Hiring: Customer Service Agent with Facebook Advertising Expertise
Do you have hands-on experience with Facebook advertising and enjoy helping clients succeed ExiScale is looking for a Customer Support Agent to provide expert account management and client support, helping clients navigate their Facebook ad accounts, troubleshoot issues, and ensure campaigns run smoothly.
About the Role:
This is a full-time, remote position. You'll be the first point of contact for clients who need help managing their Facebook ad accounts, ensuring a smooth and professional support experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting clients with Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager account setup and navigation
- Troubleshooting account issues and policy restrictions
- Guiding clients through ad-related questions and ensuring best practices are followed
- Escalating complex issues and submitting appeals when needed
- Answering client queries clearly and professionally via calls, chat, or email
- Documenting issues and solutions accurately for internal reference
What We're Looking For:
- Strong hands-on experience with Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager (required)
- Solid understanding of Facebook ad policies, restrictions, and account management best practices
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent customer service skills, clear communication, patience, professionalism
- Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Bonus: familiarity with digital marketing tools, sales, or negotiation
Compensation:
- Starting salary: 30,000 THB/month
