Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all customers have a positive experience at the mall.
Assist customers with inquiries, directions, and general mall information.
Address and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues in a professional and efficient manner.
Promote mall events, promotions, and services to customers.
Handle lost and found items, and ensure proper documentation and return procedures.
Manage the malls customer service desk, including answering phone calls and emails.
Coordinate with mall tenants and other departments to resolve customer issues and provide seamless service.
Assist with customer feedback collection and support mall management in implementing improvements.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of customer service areas, maintaining a professional environment.
Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively, providing assistance as necessary.
Key Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in any field.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a relevant industry.
Strong understanding of and cultural familiarity with Chinese customers is a must.
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (advanced level).
Good command of English; ability to communicate in Thai is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
Friendly, approachable, and confident in dealing with diverse customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
