Job Summary

This position is responsible for operating the full cycle of area accounts assignment in order processing to SAP and service customers to reach highest service satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible in the full cycle of order processing input to SAP correctly in terms of Accounts assignment
  • Manage the Backlog clearing and OTIF delivery arrangement
  • Improve customer satisfaction
  • Provide Fill rate performance report

Qualifications And Requirements

  • Discipline in Bachelor or higher degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • At least 1-3 years experience in Customer Service operation with strong track record in the market
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Computer literacy, SAP would be an advantage
  • Service minded, well-organized, work under pressure with Can do attitude
  • Computer literacy, SAP would be an advantage
