Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1.Equipment Installation and Commissioning

  • Responsible for on-site installation, commissioning, and acceptance of customized automation equipment for PCB industry customers.
  • Ensure equipment meets customer's technical requirements and performance standards.

2.After-Sales Technical Support

  • Respond promptly to customer service requests.
  • Diagnose equipment faults via remote or on-site support, provide effective solutions, and ensure issue closure and follow-up.

3.Project Follow-Up

  • Oversee the entire process from installation, commissioning, mass production to final acceptance.
  • Ensure projects are completed according to schedule and quality standards.

4.Customer Training

  • Provide training for customers on equipment operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.

5.Spare Parts Management

  • Assist in managing after-sales spare parts inventory.
  • Analyze equipment failure data and propose improvement suggestions to reduce customer downtime.

6.Customer Relationship Maintenance

  • Conduct regular customer visits and collect feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Support repeat business opportunities through proactive service and relationship management.

7.Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work closely with R&D and production teams to communicate equipment improvement needs.
  • Provide market and technical feedback to support product optimization.

Job Requirements:

Education Background:

  • Bachelor or above in Mechanical Design, Electrical Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in after-sales service for non-standard automation equipment or PCB industry equipment (e.g., SMT, PCB drilling/cutting/testing equipment).
  • Familiar with mechanical transmission, pneumatic systems, servo control, PLC systems (e.g., Mitsubishi, Siemens), and industrial debugging.

Skills:

  • Able to independently analyze and troubleshoot equipment faults.
  • Proficient in reading electrical and mechanical drawings; basic design knowledge.
  • Skilled in using tools such as multimeters; knowledge of industrial fieldbuses (e.g., EtherCAT, Profinet) is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with PCB manufacturing processes (e.g., drilling, copper plating, exposure) is preferred.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong stress tolerance and adaptability to frequent travel.
  • Clear communication, strong customer service awareness, and team spirit.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possession of electrician license, PLC programming certification, or mechanical designrelated certificates.
  • Business-level English proficiency with the ability to read technical documentation.
  • For 1st Headcount: Fluent in Simplified Chinese and strong English skills.
  • For 2nd Headcount: Strong written English required; spoken English acceptable.
  • Experience in PCB factory equipment maintenance or non-standard automation design is a plus.

Additional Skill Requirements:

  • Proficient in using common tools for non-standard automation modification such as cutting machines, grinders, hand drills, and optical levels.
  • Understand basic PLC programming principles; able to assist electrical software engineers in remote program modifications and testing (basic PLC programming skills are a strong plus).
  • Must have strong stress management skills — during the initial three months of equipment installation and acceptance, the workload and customer demands are high, requiring frequent review meetings and communication with customers. The pressure will ease after the threemonth installation phase.

Working Hours:

  • Overtime may be required depending on customer production schedules.
  • Occasionally, evening work may be necessary.
  • Must maintain 24-hour phone availability to handle urgent issues when required.
