The E/SE is responsible for all day-to-day operations strategy and management, as well as to support Company's long and short term plans.
More specifically, the duties and responsibilities of the E/SE include the following:
1. Develop, review and refinement of strong relationship with clients.
2. Execute airfreight, Seafreight, crossborder, local trucking shipments for the assigned clients.
3. Client Management, in line with SE& CM where applicable
. Adhere and follow SOPs regularly and ensure it is reviewed often with superior.
. Adhere, understand customers KPI requirement, facilitate implementation and ensure compliance.
. Manage customers expectation by ensuring proper Customer Service and without any failure in Operations.
. Monthlyor quarterly business review with respective superior, where applicable
4. Ensure all shipments are well maintained in System and moved within agreed timelines.
5. Ensure all revenue and cost is covered with accurate billing and accruals in time before end month is achieved with a proper cost management as below:
. Facilitatingall shipments profitably
. Sourcing for competitive rates
. Ensuring proper accruals in time
. All operation and Customer Service updates and done on a timely manner.
. Referring all Quotes, Cost and Billings to superior or CM before sending to the client and approving for payment.
6. Ensure the efficient utilization of Company's resources to achieve the overall objectives.
7. Maintain High level of motivation daily to achieve Customer Satisfaction and Good Operations Execution.
8. Ensure all inventory are well maintained and moved within agreed time lines
9. Ensure revenue growth is achieved in a responsible and profitable manner, both organically and/or through possible acquisitions

10. Ensure the efficient utilization of Company's resources in order to achieve the overall objectives
11. Motivate a high performance, innovative and results driven team.
. Staff development and performance appraisal
12. Assess the principal risks of the Company and ensure that these risks are being monitored and managed
13. Ensure effective internal controls and management information systems are in place
14. Ensure compliance to the Company work procedures to enable it to conduct its activities both lawfully and ethically
15. Keep abreast of market trends, external and internal factors that may affect the Company and implement processes and systems to ensure that management of the Company is adequately informed
16. Abide by specific internally established control systems and authorities lead
by personal example and encourage all employees to conduct their activities ethically in accordance with all applicable laws and the Company's standards and policies.
