Responsibities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media (Facebook, Skype).
- Assist customers with stock availability checks, bulk and special orders, product reservations, complaints, feedback, and compliments.
- Maintain and update tracking files and daily reports.
- Prepare presentation slides to convey information, reports, and feedback, and highlight to Superior any matter required.
- Ensure timely submission of reports.
- Adhere and practice SOP.
- Collaborate with internal teams and store representatives to resolve customer issues.
- Promote a strong customer service culture within the team.
- Monitor and improve workflow efficiency based on priorities.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor&aposs degree or higher in a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
- Good communication skills in both English and Thai, both spoken and non-verbal.
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Experience with reporting, data tracking, and teamwork coordination.
