Job Description

Responsibities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media (Facebook, Skype).
  • Assist customers with stock availability checks, bulk and special orders, product reservations, complaints, feedback, and compliments.
  • Maintain and update tracking files and daily reports.
  • Prepare presentation slides to convey information, reports, and feedback, and highlight to Superior any matter required.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports.
  • Adhere and practice SOP.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and store representatives to resolve customer issues.
  • Promote a strong customer service culture within the team.
  • Monitor and improve workflow efficiency based on priorities.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor&aposs degree or higher in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Thai, both spoken and non-verbal.
  • Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Experience with reporting, data tracking, and teamwork coordination.

Working day: Mon - Fri

Location: Headquarters 889, 889/1 Moo 3. Phraek Sa Mai, Mueang Samut Prakan.
