Utilize the existing KB to Provide customer service through voice, online and email channels.
Handling customer complaints.
Ensure customer satisfaction given to the customers by providing accurate and timely response.
Requirements:
Diploma or above;
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative, have customer experience mindset & excellent communication & coordination skills.
Familiar with computer operating system and Office software.
Fluent reading/writing/oral Thai, better to have English skills as well Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
