Work Description:

  • Utilize the existing KB to Provide customer service through voice, online and email channels.
  • Handling customer complaints.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction given to the customers by providing accurate and timely response.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above;
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative, have customer experience mindset & excellent communication & coordination skills.
  • Familiar with computer operating system and Office software.
  • Fluent reading/writing/oral Thai, better to have English skills as well Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Can work onsite
