Join Esco Lifesciences Group as a Customer Service and Inside Sales Executive

Primary Job Location: 8/3 Soi Rim Thang Duan 2, Sukhumvit Road (Sukhumvit 62), Bang Chak Subdistrict, Phra Khanong District, Bangkok 10260, Thailand

Job Description & Requirements

To support team and service sales-related activities within the company.

Play an important part in maintaining good customer relationships by acting as an extension of the field service force.

Provide excellent organizational, administrative and communication skills, together with an ability to deliver high standards of customer service.

Monitoring company inventory stocks. Responsible for inventory stock-take, check stock availability and prepare the parts for Technician / Engineer.

Responsible for order processing. Key the data from Purchase Order in Navision System to generate service order confirmation.

Submit service order confirmation to service coordinator.

Email Performance Invoice and service order confirmation to customer. Responsible to follow up customer payment.

Generate weekly monthly purchase order collected and sales report.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics or Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Service or Sales. Degrees in other fields are also welcome.

Good spoken and written English is required

Candidates with experience in handling paperwork and ensuring customer satisfaction are preferred.

Positive attitude and demonstrates responsibility.

Understanding of production and service/sales techniques, including production processes and sales analysis.

Able to work effectively under pressure.
