Responsibilities:
- Promote digital order platform to new customers.
- Customer on boarding to ensure the sufficient communication regarding supply chain related services.
- External interface to receive customer orders and order changes.
- Handle and coordinate the delivery and shipping documents for outbound delivery.
Requirements:
- With over 8 years of relevant Customer Service/ Supply Chain work experience.
- SAP knowledge is required.
- Communication skills in English & Thai.
- Responsible and proactive at work
